Jackson County Man Appears in Court for 6th OWI

-A Jackson County man arrested in Black River Falls for his 6th OWI appeared in Jackson County Court on Friday.According to authorities, back in February, they arrested 55-year-old Jeffery Klukas after they saw him driving erratically in a parking lot. He admitted to authorities that he had been drinking. Klukas has been charged with his 6th OWI and operating with a PAC, 6th offense.
During his preliminary hearing on Friday, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court on September 23rd.
