Electrical service to the Outdoor Classroom was completed in early July and staff continues to receive additional training for both the math and new reading programs. Athletic Director/Dean of Students Jenny Mayenschein updated the board on the fall sports programs. Participation numbers in Volleyball and Cross Country are very strong. These numbers are needed to build their 2019-2020 budget. The WASB Region 5 Director Election is this fall and if any Board member is interested, materials are available in the office. He also stated on teacher in-service was held on August 15th and the next is August 27th. Open House is August 28th from 4-8 pm and first day of classes is September 3rd.
