Conservative Group Files Lawsuit Against Governor Evers

(WRN) -A lawsuit filed by a conservative group against Governor Tony Evers alleges his office has excluded the outlet from media events.The MacIver Institute filed suit in federal court Tuesday. The filing says MacIver staff asked Evers' office to be added to the media contact list when he took office in January. The suit says they never received a response, and have not received advisories on Evers' news conferences or announcements.
Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council President Bill Lueders called the allegations "deeply troubling." Evers' office has yet to respond.
