Vaping in Indoor Public Spaces May Become Illegal in Wisconsin

(WRN) -Vaping in indoor public spaces may become illegal in Wisconsin.A bipartisan group of state legislators want to add e-cigarettes and other vaping products to the state's existing smoking ban, in place since 2009. Current law only applies to tobacco products like cigarettes and cigars. If it becomes law, the statewide vaping ban would be similar to one in Milwaukee.
The lawmakers cite concerns over chemical linked to e-cigs, along with recent reports that a number of teens have been hospitalized in the last month with lung damage that doctors attribute to vaping.
