Man Arrested in Black River Falls for Possession Charges Enters Plea

-A man arrested in Black River Falls for possession charges entered a plea in Jackson County Court on Thursday.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, back in September of 2017, an officer recognized Vance White, who was wanted by authorities, walking in Black River Falls. When the officer made contact, White ran and threw a container onto the roof of a nearby business. After White’s arrest, authorities located the container and discovered it was full of crystal meth.
White was facing multiple charges in several different cases, but in all he pleaded guilty to possession of THC and two counts of bail jumping. The rest of the charges were dismissed and read in. He’s scheduled for sentencing on August 8th.
