Two Tornadoes Confirmed Near Withee

-Clark County saw two tornadoes after this past weekend’s wild storms.Most of the State of Wisconsin saw severe thunder storms with drenching rains, flooding, and high winds. The National Weather Service confirmed that the state saw 12 tornadoes in the storms with two of them occurring in Clark County. One tornado, deemed an EF-0, hit near Withee around 7:20pm with speeds around 85mph. Another stronger tornado hit, also near, Withee, about 5 minutes later.
That one was stronger, deemed an EF-1, with winds around 110mph. The storm knocked down trees and knocked out power to many residents. Many areas in Clark County were without power after the storms. There are still areas in the state that have not have power restored as of this morning.
