Tuber Stranded on Jackson County River

-A group of tubers were stranded on a river in Jackson County last week.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred in the Town of Irving on July 19th around 12:30pm. The tubers were swept away by the current and stranded on the river.
A citizen with a boat pulled one person from the water and first responders helped pull in the other two. All three people were safely returned to shore and they had no injuries.
