Two People Arrested After High Speed Chase in Jackson County

-Two people were arrested after a high-speed chase in Black River Falls.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, deputies tried to pull over a vehicle Friday night, but the vehicle fled. The vehicle reached speeds of 90mph on city streets and over 130 mph on the highway.
The vehicle was driven by 32-year-old Jeremy Peters. His passenger, 39-year-old Theresa Hindsley was also arrested. Eventually, Peters did crash the vehicle and he was arrested after a foot pursuit.
