Clerk's Report and More at Granton Village Board Meeting

-The Granton Village Board heard the Clerk’s Report at their meeting on Wednesday.According to the unofficial minutes from the meeting, the clerk distributed all of the liquor licenses and submitted the 2019 Liquor license report, submitted the PE-300 TID Report, published the Annual TID meeting in the newspaper and sent out the required invitations for the annual TID meeting held on June 28th 2019. She also submitted the 941 quarterly report, set up an appraisal review meeting for August, set up the sidewalk raising meeting and published the “help wanted” add for the library position and set up interviews of applicants.
They also interviewed two candidates for the library position. There is still one more candidate they would like to interview before making a decision. Finally, she said they updated cemetery records and created and sent out quarterly water bills. The board also heard the Treasurer’s Report. The Deposit and Expense report was presented. The checking balance is $82,331.56, the money market balance is $440,124.81, the cemetery CD is $16,927.29, the CDBG balance is $57,363.10 and the library balance is $32,500.57.
