The baby suffered a broken leg, a significant fracture to her left elbow, bleeding inside her head, bruises on her face, an abrasion on her nose, and at least one fractured rib, with evidence of other rib fractures.
The alleged abuse happened in the Town of Arpin.
The girl may suffer some developmental problems, but her condition has stablilized. Circuit Court Judge Greg Potter ordered Stone bound over for trial and transferred the case to Circuit Court Judge James Mason. Stone remains in jail pending the posting of a $25,000 bond
