Curtiss Man Appears in Clark County Court for 9th OWI

-A Curtiss man arrested for his 9th OWI appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, at the end of December 2018, deputies pulled over a vehicle for expired registration in the Owen area. The driver was identified as 51-year-old Terry Dumler. Dumler had marijuana in plain sight and it was determined that he had a .02 restriction and 8 prior offenses. Dumler failed field sobriety exercises and was arrested for his 9th OWI.
Dumler is facing charges operating with PAC-9th offense, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while revoked and 9th operating with a restricted/controlled substance. During his arraignment on Thursday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’ll be back in court in August.
