Driver in Crash in Jackson County in ICU

-The driver in a crash that occurred in the Town of Brockway in Jackson County is currently in the ICU at Marshfield Medical Center.There were 5 other people in the vehicle. According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, the driver, 18-year-old Dillion Waube, was speeding and operating while intoxicated. His passenger, 18-year-old James Mann, was taken to Gunderson Lutheran Medical Center. The other occupants, 20-year-old Miguel Custodio Jr, 17-year-old Anthony Walker and 40-year-old Harold Hill Jr., were all treated for their injuries in Black River Falls.
The crash is still under investigation and Waube could face several charges for the accident including operating without a valid driver license-2nd offense, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, reckless endangering safety and others.
