Wisconsin Egg Production for May

(Wisconsin Ag Connection) -Wisconsin egg production during May was 185 million eggs, up eight percent from last month and two percent more than the same period a year ago.The latest USDA Chickens and Eggs report shows that the average number of all layers on hand was 7.08 million.
That's down one percent for the month and six percent less for the year. Eggs per 100 layers for May were 2,607.
