Man Accused of Breaking Into Granton Home Appears in Clark County Court

-A man accused of breaking into a home near Granton appeared in Clark County Court on Monday.According to court records, back in November, Nolan Whitegull broke into a home near the Village of Granton. He’s accused of entering a child’s bedroom, shaking him and threatening to kill him if he moved or spoke. Whitegull was arrested for the incident and the children involved received medals for their bravery. Whitegull is being charged with burglary of a building or dwelling, intimidate victim, criminal trespass to a dwelling, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.
During his preliminary hearing, probable cause was found, so his court proceedings will continue. A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. However, he’s scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing on August 26th.
