Neillsville School Board Discusses Employment Matters

-The Neillsville School Board discussed employment matters at their meeting on Monday.The board approved the resignation of Diane Courtney from her food service position, McKenzie Trunkel from her teaching assistant position, Kelsey Jelinek from her teaching assistant position, Rachel Clausing from her teaching position, Melissa Strangfeld from her middle school student council advisor position, Don Abel from his JV golf coaching position, Courtney Poeschel from her head softball coaching position, Leah Janicki from her prom advisor position and Courtney Poeschel from her homecoming co-advisor position. The board also approved the hiring of Jill Neville for the middle school student council advisor position and they approved the bonus pay of $920 for Kate Mueller for her middle school softball coaching position.
The board also approved the Support Staff Handbook updates for the 2019-2020 school year as presented, the Supervisory and Confidential Staff Handbook updates for the 2019-2020 school year as presented, the confidential staff wages for the 2019-2020 school year as presented and the Certified Staff Handbook updates for the 2019-2020 school year as presented. Finally, the board approved the initial adoption of changes to Policy GBE, the initial adoption of changes to Policy JHC and the initial adoption of changes to Policy JN.
