Median Price for a Home in Wisconsin Tops $200,000

(WRN) -The median price for a home in Wisconsin has never been higher.A study by the Wisconsin Realtors Association says the median house in Wisconsin sold for 203-thousand-dollars in May. That's the first time Wisconsin median home prices have ever topped 200-thousand. The biggest jump in home prices is in southeast Wisconsin.
The Realtors' Association says the new price-point is good news for people who are looking to sell their homes going into the busy summer selling months.
