Administrators' Reports at Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board heard the Administrators’ Reports at their meeting last week.Elementary Principal Lance Batchelor reported on the end-of-school year activities. He announced that summer school was off and running for the next three weeks with nine classes and 15 staff members running the sessions. The end of the year AGR Report to the board was also presented by Mr. Batchelor. Finally, he announced that swimming lessons this year will be two weeks instead of three due to Abbotsford still being in school. Jr/Sr High School Dean of Students Julie Van Ark congratulated Jen Wendler on reaching the state track meet in La Crosse and she announced the various summer school classes that have begun.
She let the Board know that Mr. Engel has taken a groups of students to the FFA Leadership Conference in Washington DC and to the State FFA convention in Madison. Finally, she stated Mrs. Kodl and Ashley Amacher will head to the FBLA National Convention in San Antonio late this month.
