State Supreme Court Takes Over Hearing Against Lame Duck Laws

(WRN) -The State Supreme Court has taken over a court hearing against the Lame Duck Laws.The court voted 5 to 4 on Tuesday to assume jurisdiction over one of the cases against laws passed by legislative Republicans at the end of last year.
The court also reinstated many of the laws, including one that makes it harder for Attorney General Josh Kaul to leave federal lawsuits.
