Volunteers Needed at The Highground, Help Needed for Events this Weekend

-The Highground has a wide variety of events happening in 2019 and they’re always looking for volunteers to help.There are many different ways you can be involved in these events including volunteering, participating, buying and helping sell raffle tickets, put up event posters in your town, become a porch greeter, donate funds, become a tour guide and much more. Some upcoming events you can volunteer or participate in include this Saturday, June 15th, for their Military Working Dog Stone & Legacy Stone Placements from 8am-3pm. They also need help with the Veterans Art & Business Expo. They need help setting up and taking down. If you’re a veteran with products or services to offer or if you offer special help to veterans, you’re welcome to be a part of the expo. Just call The Highground for more information and to participate.
They also need help on Saturday, June 29th for their Freedom Celebration Day and Fireworks. They need help parking cars, greeting visitors, shuttling visitors and more. Volunteers are needed from 5pm until after the fireworks, with cleanup starting around 11pm. There are many other events happening throughout the year.
