Granton School Board Hears Update on Sports Season

-The Granton School Board heard an update on the district’s sports season at their meeting on Monday.Athletic Director Cody Roggenbauer updated the board on the winter and spring sports seasons. He also updated the board on Neillsville ending the track co-op starting next year. The district is reaching out to Greenwood and Loyal about co-oping next year or going back to having their own squad. The board also approved the Facility Use Fees for the UW-Extension for their volleyball tournament in late March of 2020 and the board approved the Transportation Cooperative Agreement with the Neillsville School District for the 2019-2020 school year.
Finally, the board approved Dennis Kuehn as the Granton school representative to the CESA 10 Annual Convention, approved the Twin Cities Hardware bid for three additional locksets, approved the contract for Daniel Hebert as a middle school teacher for the 2019-2020 school year and approved the payment of construction vouchers to R&R Flooring for the lobby tile.
