Madison Company Gets Tax Credits for Creating Jobs Outisde of Wisconsin

(WRN) -A Madison company got state tax credits for jobs it created outside of Wisconsin.An audit of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation doesn't name names, but an open records request by the Associated Press reveals Exact Sciences got 61-thousand dollars in state tax credits for creating jobs, in 36 other states.
WEDC doles out more than three-billion dollars a year in tax credits, grants, loans, and bonds. Its handling of those awards has been under scrutiny for years.
