One of Two Fairchild Men Arrested After Drug Bust Have Charges Dropped

-One of two Fairchild men facing charges after a drug bust back in February had the charges against him dropped.According to court records, Charles Page and Mark Scoville were charged after an 11 month investigation by the West Central Drug Task Force. Officers searched homes in both Fairchild and Eau Claire that were owned by the two men. Syringes with methamphetamine and marijuana were discovered. Amphetamine and items that tested positive for heroin were also discovered.
Page was facing charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of THC. However, the charges were dropped on the prosecutor’s motion last week. But Page does have a hearing scheduled for next week Tuesday. Scoville is scheduled to appear in court on the 22nd of this month.
