Black River Falls Man Enters Plea for Trying to Kill his Sister

-A Black River Falls man charged with trying to kill his sister entered a plea in Jackson County Court on Monday.According to court records, toward the end of December of 2018, police responded to a shooting at a home in Black River Falls. A woman told police that she and her brother, Christopher German, had gotten into a heated argument. That’s when German retrieved a handgun and fired at her head. German was arrested a short while later with the gun in his possession.
During his court appearance on Monday, German pleaded guilty to 1st degree recklessly endangering safety. Three other charges were dismissed and read in. He scheduled for a sentencing hearing on July 17th.
