Neillsville School Board Re-Elects Officers

-The Neillsville School Board selected their officers at their meeting on Monday.The board re-elected their members to the same positions with Dewey Poeschel selected as President, Sue Voigt as Vice President, Peggy Grap and Treasurer and Deanna Heiman as Clerk. They also approved Deanna as the CESA 10 delegate and Sue as the Wisconsin Association of School Boards delegate with Dewey as the alternate. They also had a visit from a school employee that wanted to thank the board for their handling of all the time off this past winter due to inclement weather. The board also approved the student insurance from First Agency for the next school year, the cost of which has decrease for next year. They also approved an out-of-state trip for a student to FCCLA Nationals this summer.
Finally, the board approved a Foreign Exchange Student from Ecuador for the next school year, approved to deny the track co-op with Granton due to lack of interest and they approved a donation of sweatpants with the Neillsville logo from JBC Screen Printing. The pants are provided to students who may need a change of clothes during the day.
