Home sales in Clark County were hot in the 3rd quarter of 2004. According to a new report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, sales of existing homes in Wisconsin for 2004 totaled an estimated record 30,700 units ? a four-tenths of a percent increase over the third quarter sales from last year. Growth in the third quarter was strongest here in the Central region of the state where sales jumped 8.4%. In fact, Clark County experienced one of the biggest jumps in the state with 24-percent growth in home sales. Wood County also jumped 22-percent.
