(WQOW) -A Stanley man sentenced to six years in prison in a Clark County sexual assault case was sentenced for the same crime in Chippewa County.According to WQOW, in December, a jury found Tomas Hoyle guilty of four counts of 2nd degree sexual assault. Prosecutors say Hoyle gave an intoxicated 15-year-old a ride home. He then pulled over near Cadott and raped her. The girl told police Hoyle said, “If I end up in jail, someone’s going to end up dead.”
Tuesday, Judge James Isaacson sentenced Hoyle to eight years behind bars and 10 years of extended supervision. Those sentences will be concurrent to the Clark County case meaning Hoyle will serve an additional two years in prison and an another year of extended supervision.
