Boyd Man Sentenced for Repeated Sexual Assault of a Child

(WQOW) -A Boyd man charged with repeated sexual assault of a child was sentenced Tuesday in Chippewa County.According to WQOW, in January, Tony Kimball, 47, pleaded no contest to 2nd degree sexual assault. A 13-year-old girl told police Kimball sexually assaulted her many times between the ages of eight and 10.
Tuesday, Judge Steven Cray sentenced Kimball to 11 years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision. He is also ordered to register as a sex offender.
