Greenwood City Council Approves Road Construction Project

-The Greenwood City Council approved the road construction project for the summer at their meeting last week.The council approved the 2019 summer road project to make Jones a thru street. They also discussed the purchase of a snow blower and trailer and they approve the contract with HydroCorp for a 2-year extension. The council also had a discussion for establishing a guideline for a monetary amount for employees off for a significant amount of time, but no decision was made.
Finally, the council approved changing the monthly meeting time to 6pm and discussed allowing the mayor to close city hall due to weather conditions, but no decision was made. Finally, a resident discussed past improvements and future plans for the Clark County Pleasure Riders.
