Black River Falls Man Appears in Jackson County Court for 7th OWI

-A Black River Falls man was arrested for OWI after he crashed his car into a tree appeared in Jackson County Court on Friday.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, back in July of 2018, the accident occurred on Highway 54. The department found that the vehicle had left the road and crashed into a tree. John Climer was the driver and deputies observed alcohol impairment. He was sent to a medical facility for treatment.
Climer is charged with his 7th OWI and 7th operating with a PAC. During his arraignment on Friday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.
