(WRN) -Governor Evers is joining a fight against President Trump's national emergency declaration.Evers is directing the state Department of Justice to join 20 states in a lawsuit aiming to stop the President from using his emergency declaration to pay for a southern border wall that Congress rejected.
President Trump is planning to move funds from other military projects to pay for the wall, a move that many say violates the separation of powers under the Constitution.
