Holland's Family Cheese Earns Two Spots in Top 20 at 2019 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest

-2,555 cheeses came into the 2019 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest.Now only 20 remain. 60 elite cheese judges have evaluated all of the cheeses at Lambeau Field over the past two days. Wisconsin cheesemakers make up half of the top 20. Holland’s Family Cheese in Thorp has earned a couple spots in the Top 20 for their Marieke Gouda Overjarige in the Aged Gouda category and their Marieke Gouda Premium in the Hard Cheeses category.
The winner will be announced Thursday at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay. And we’ll have more results from the Championship Cheese Contest later.
