Governor Evers Will Veto Budget If Not Good for the State

(WRN) -Governor Evers says he's ready to use his veto pen on the state budget, if it comes to that.At a stop in Sturgeon Bay, Evers said that he's ready and willing to veto any budget passed by the state legislature that doesn't support the people of Wisconsin or include some of his priorities. Evers presented his budget last week, but it received little support from Republicans.
They've already indicated they'll be writing their own budget this year.
