UPDATE: Near Blizzard Conditions Exist in the Area - Travel Not Advised

3:00 PM UpdateMain roads continue to range from snow covered to ice covered across the area. Do to the strong northwesterly winds, plow crews are having difficulty keeping roads clear. Plow drivers are having difficultly seeing with the near whiteout conditions are being reported across the area. Areas to the east are still advising not to travel.
Basically, if it is not an absolute must to have to travel today, don't. Rural areas are seeing the greatest impacts from the wind.
The Blizzard Warning has been extend until 9 PM this evening.

10:45 am update
Main highway conditions are being reported as ice covered and hazardous to impassable. Travel is not advised on roads at this time.
Winds are expected to continue for a the daylight hours today and begin to subside after dark.
A Blizzard Warning is in effect until 6 pm today.

In a statement released from Clark County Emergency Management:
Clark County is urging people to avoid any unnecessary travel today due to the weather. Heavy snow already received along with strong winds are creating a dangerous situation. Travel is not recommended. Highway crews are out but conditions are very difficult.
