-One of two people from Eau Claire arrested in the City of Osseo for possession of methamphetamine appeared in Trempealeau County Court on Thursday.According to the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department, at 2:30am on December 30th, deputies made contact with a vehicle at the SuperAmerica Gas Station in Osseo, occupied by Kevin Bell and Megan Rasmussen. The contact was made after Rasmussen agreed to sell methamphetamine to an undercover investigator. A K9 unit alerted to drugs in the vehicle and, after a search, 14 grams of methamphetamine was discovered as was packaging material and other paraphernalia.
