Marshfield Police Department Looking for Suspects Using Counterfeit $100 Bills

(Marshfield News Herald) -Police are looking for two women and a man they believe used counterfeit $100 bills to pay for items at a convenience store.The three people showed up at the convenience store in what police believe is a silver 2018 or 2019 Mazda CX-9, according to a Police Department news release. The vehicle did not show any registration plates. Two women entered the store and paid for gas and some small food items with the first of two counterfeit bills, according to the news release. The two women then went back to the vehicle and several minutes later the man who had been driving entered the store and bought some more food with a second counterfeit $100 bill, according to the news release.
