Boyd Man Enters Plea for Sexual Assault of a Child

(WQOW) -A Boyd man charged with sexual assault of a child entered a plea in Chippewa County Court on Thursday.According to WQOW, 47-year-old Tony Kimball was accused by a 13 year-old of repeated sexual assault when she was between the ages of eight and ten.
Kimball was found guilty, due to a no contest plea, of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. He’ll be back in court in March for sentencing.
