Greenwood Man Arrested for 4th OWI with a Child in the Vehicle Appears in Clark County Court

-A Greenwood man arrested for his 4th OWI with a child in the vehicle appeared in Clark County Court on Wednesday.According to the Marshfield Police Department, a caller had tipped them off saying 41-year-old Shawn Meacham had left their home with his 6-year-old daughter and he was intoxicated. Meacham was stopped on Highway 13 near Mann Road. He was arrested and taken to the Marathon County Jail.
Meacham is being charged with 4th OWI with a passenger less than 16 years old and operating while revoked. During his preliminary hearing, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.
