Neillsville Fire Department Responds to Two Vehicle Accident

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a two vehicle accident yesterday afternoon.According to the department, they responded to a report of the accident around 4:15pm on Tuesday. The accident occurred two miles west of Highway 73 on County Highway H near the Black River Bridge in the Township of Weston. A pick up hauling a cattle trailer with two cows collided with another vehicle. The driver of the car was taken to Marshfield Medical Center in Neillsville for non-life threatening injuries.
The department was scene for 2.5 hours as it took some time to get the cattle loaded into another trailer and remove the vehicles from the ditch. There were no injuries on their part and they received assistance from the Clark County Sheriff’s Department and Neillsville Ambulance Service.
