Charges Dropped Against Marshfield Teen Accused of Sexual Assault

-A Marshfield teen charged with sexual assault in Marathon County had the charges against him dropped.Zachary Noll was charged with sexual assault of a child, child enticement and intimidating a victim. According to court records, Noll allegedly assaulted an 8-year-old girl. The girl said that Noll told her he would kill her if she told anyone. Noll stated that no misconduct occurred and the girl’s mother is just trying to start drama.
Noll appeared in Marathon County Court for a motion hearing at the beginning of the month. Since then, the charges against him have been dismissed on the prosecutor’s motion.
