Black River Falls Woman Sentenced for Hit and Run

-A Black River Falls woman arrested for a hit and run that resulted in injuries to a pedestrian was sentenced in Jackson County Court on Thursday.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, back in May of 2017, Kristine Eddy hit Rhiana Lloyd of Taylor who was flown to the hospital. Witnesses helped authorities track Eddy’s vehicle which had left the scene after the accident.
Eddy was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, hit and run-great bodily harm back in October. Another charge was dismissed and read in. She was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 5 years of extended supervision.
