Senator Baldwin Asking for Investigation Regarding Sexual Assault Allegations at Air National Guard Base in Madison

-Senator Tammy Baldwin is calling for an investigation over sexual assault allegations at the Air National Guard base in Madison.The Associated Press reports that Baldwin sent a letter to Air Force investigators in November after receiving reports that continued sexual harassment and assault was being overlooked by top staff. There's allegations that incidents have been happening as far back as 2006, and that it's created a hostile environment for female pilots and staff.
Baldwin says steps have to be taken to quote expose improper action and take remedial action to ensure a safe and appropriate work environment.
