The Neillsville factory also suffered from this announcement. According to employees of Neillsville, 98% of the workforce was affected by Friday’s closure. They were walked out the door on Friday just before noon. Around 50-100 employees were affected. Some will stay on until March, but the Neillsville plant is essentially closed down. Mason is providing the affected workers with assistance. All impacted employees will be given 60 days of full salary and benefits. They will also receive 60 days of access to the company's employee assistance program to help them find new jobs.
