Man Arrested in Black River Falls for Possession Appears in Court

-A man arrested in Black River Falls for possession charges appeared in Jackson County Court on Thursday.According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, back in September of 2017, an officer recognized Vance White, who was wanted by authorities, walking in Black River Falls. When the officer made contact, White ran and threw a container onto the roof of a nearby business. After White’s arrest, authorities located the container and discovered it was full of crystal meth.
White is facing multiple charges in several different cases. During his preliminary hearing on Thursday, probable cause was found so his court proceedings will continue. He entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’ll be back in court at the end of the month.
