Curtiss Man Arrested for 9th OWI

-A Curtiss man was arrested for his 9th OWI on Sunday.According to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, deputies pulled over a vehicle for expired registration in the Owen area. The driver was identified as 51-year-old Terry Dumler. Dumler had marijuana in plain sight and it was determined that he had a .02 restriction and 8 prior offenses. Dumler failed field sobriety exercises and was arrested for his 9th OWI.
Dumler is facing charges of possession, operating while revoked, violation of license restrictions, non-registration of a motor vehicle and more.
