-An Arpin man, charged with exposing a child to harmful material in Clark County after sending a picture of his genitals to a young girl, was sentenced in Clark County Court on Thursday of last week.Richard Zellner knew the girl’s family and he befriended her on Facebook and Snapchat. Over a three day period, he began sending the girl messages and they became more and more intimate and inappropriate as time went on. The girl answered the messages at first, but then she gave her phone to her parents. They took screenshots of the messages. Eventually, Zellner sent a picture of his genitals to the girl. The family immediately contacted the police.
During his court appearance last week, Zellner was found guilty of, due to a no contest plea, exposing a child to harmful material. Another charge was dismissed and read in. He was sentenced to 18 months’ probation.
