Osseo Man Sentenced for Breaking into Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore

-An Osseo man has been sentenced for breaking in the Chippewa Valley Habitat for Humanity ReStore.According to court records, 53-year-old Daniel Myher broke into the store back in July. Myher was seen in a surveillance video removing a ladder from a dumpster and a cement block and bringing the items to the store. He also moved several storm doors.
Myher entered a guilty plea to the charges against him in Eau Claire County Court. He was sentenced to five years’ probation.
