Neillsville City Council Hears Officer's Report

The Neillsville City Council heard the Officer’s Report at their meeting on Tuesday.For the month of November, the department had 91 complaints, 45 service calls, 47 traffic citations, 69 traffic warnings, 2 crash investigations, 12 ordinance citations, 14 adult arrests, 7 cases referred to the district attorney, 3 juvenile cases and 55 parking citations. Most of those numbers are actually down compared to November of 2017, but some of them were higher. Some other items of note include some training, an auto theft investigation and the outcome of a court case.
They also investigated a firearm theft, a death in the city, a fight and disturbance at a Neillsville business and some other meetings and training.
