Marshfield School Board Member Not Seeking Re-Election

(Focus on Marshfield) -After three terms on the Marshfield Board of Education, Amber Kiggens-Leifheit will not be seeking re-election.Kiggens-Leifheit has been heavily involved in her role, serving as Vice President four times, Treasurer at least three times, committee chair (Employee Relations, Curriculum, Finance, and Communication Committees), representative to the Career and Technical Advisory Committee, Technology Committee, and the Athletic Facility Study Committee.
Passionate about public schools, education, and students, she has also served roles within the district as an active classroom volunteer, grant writer, Pathway Partners Director, 4K preschool manager, and substitute teacher. In her time on the school board, she has served with four Superintendents and worked with six.
