Clark County Woman Appears in Court for Failing to Feed Her Animals

-A Clark County woman charged after multiple dogs were found dead on her property appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.According to court records, Marianne Harris is facing 12 counts of failing to supply sufficient food to multiple dogs on her property near Greenwood. When a Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy investigated her property, he found four puppies and five dogs in the woods.
Two other dogs were dead in a shed. The dead dogs were malnourished and one was frozen to its kennel. During her initial appearance, she stood mute in court so a not guilty plea was entered on her behalf. She’ll be back in court at the end of the month.
