CONE Credit Union Merging With Simplicity

(Marshfield News Herald) Two Wisconsin credit unions are teaming up.

According to the Marshfield News Herald, CONE Credit Union of Neenah will merge with Marshfield-based Simplicity Credit Union, effective July 1. Simplicity announced the move in a press release Thursday.

This summer, CONE will rebrand to the Simplicity name and all member accounts will be integrated onto one computer system this fall, according to the release.

CONE’s current staff and location at 219 W. Cecil St. in Neenah will remain. CONE serves about 1,500 members in Brown, Calumet, Outagamie, Fond du Lac and Winnebago counties.

Simplicity Credit Union is based in Marshfield and serves more than 25,000 members from locations in Marshfield, Stevens Point, Plover and Neillsville.
